MN Budget negotiations

(ABC 6 NEWS)– Lawmakers continue state budget negotiations, as they work to avoid a government shutdown.in which they only have until the end of the month to get a deal done. 

As we get closer to that deadline, some progress is being made. Rochester Senator, Carla Nelson, went in-depth on the latest budget bill negotiations and what was passed Tuesday for higher ed in Minnesota.
